How does the order process work?
We pride ourselves at ActivAll on providing a personal service. Once your enquiry is received, you’ll be contacted by Sue via email. And just to clarify, Sue is not an AI robot, but a real-life, coffee-drinking human who might even throw in a smiley face! We get it – it can be frustrating dealing with companies where the answers feel like a generic autoreply. At ActivAll, we make sure your response is as unique as your enquiry!
Sue will then offer you the chance to have a quick online chat with Kerry, ActivAll’s leader, and go-to problem solver. Kerry’s here to make sure your questions are answered quickly and personally.
A quick 15-minute chat with Kerry will give you all the info you need—an accurate quote, installation details (including dates and the perfect spots for the boards), and a rundown of the different funding options for our customers to use for ActivAll. She’ll then email you everything, so you can share it with your team—no hard sell, just helpful info.

How much do the boards cost?
We deliberately don’t advertise pricing on our website, but this is purely down to the costs being subjective based on the customers requirements and needs. After your enquiry, you will be provided with a full quote, with no hidden costs and zero pressure to purchase.
Is there a maintenance package with the boards?
This is completely up to the client. We can offer a maintenance package for piece of mind, but this is not compulsory.
Is there a guarantee with the boards?
The boards are maintained for 12 months, however current lifespan is approximately 8 years plus.
How are they installed?
The option is given to either self-install, where clear, concise instructions are given. The boards are very easy to install. Otherwise, there is the option for one of our subcontractors to install. Again, whatever is best for you.
How soon after order is delivery?
This is very much dependant on requirements, but usually between 2-6 weeks.
Is there training on how to use the boards?
Online training is provided which the client has access to continuously should they require a refresher or get a new member of staff. ActivAll is very easy to operate and is very much user led.
